Detection features for empty bottles
In the acquisition and processing of images, the system obtains images of the bottle mouth, bottle bottom and bottle wall through four cameras, and identifies and processes them. The results of image processing can be sent to the man-machine interface or communicated to the PLC. The human-machine interface communicates with the PLC of the bottle inspection machine, and can read and write the internal data of the PLC. The bottle is passed into the bottle inspection machine through the pressureless transmission unit, and the PLC of the bottle inspection machine combines the detection element and the encoder to finally achieve the result of rejecting the unqualified bottle.
According to the characteristics and requirements of beer empty bottle detection, in practice, the detection is mainly carried out in four aspects. The detection links and detection contents are briefly listed as follows:
- Bottle mouth detection: bottle mouth sealing surface detection, thread detection
- Bottle wall detection: detection of dirt on the inner and outer surfaces of the bottle wall, detection of wear and tear
- Bottle bottom detection: bottle bottom dirt, cracks
- Detection of residual liquid in the bottle: residual lye, residual oil, residual water
